1. Introduction

Welcome to Soonar, an AI-powered Reddit monitoring platform that helps founders, agencies, and growth teams discover buyer-intent conversations, score them by relevance, and generate context-aware reply drafts. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are between you and the operator of the Soonar service under the Soonar brand ("Soonar", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Soonar.

2. Definitions

"Service" means the Soonar web application, APIs, email digests, and all related features.
"Monitor" means a configured listener that tracks specific keywords and subreddits on your behalf.
"Signal" means a social media post or thread discovered and scored by the Service.
"Draft" means an AI-generated reply suggestion produced by the Service.
"Plan" means the pricing tier you have selected (Free Preview, Pro, or Growth).

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@soonar.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Service Description and Fair Use

Soonar monitors publicly available content on Reddit. The Service does not post replies on your behalf; generated drafts are provided for you to review, edit, and manually post using your own social media accounts.

You agree to:

Use generated drafts responsibly and in compliance with the community guidelines of each platform (Reddit Content Policy).
Not use the Service to spam, manipulate votes, or engage in deceptive marketing practices.
Not circumvent plan quotas or rate limits through automation, multiple accounts, or any other means.
Not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service or its output without prior written consent.

5. Plans, Pricing, and Payment

Free Preview: Limited features at no cost, subject to the quotas described on our pricing page.
Paid Plans (Pro, Growth): Billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes.
Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Active subscriptions are honored at the agreed rate until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: All purchases are final. We may offer pro-rata refunds at our discretion for annual plans cancelled within the first 14 days.

6. Cancellation and Downgrade

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings page. Upon cancellation:

Your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period.
After expiry, your account reverts to the Free plan. Signals beyond the Free retention window (7 days) will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain ownership of your website URLs, keywords, and any content you provide. We claim no rights over your data.
Generated Drafts: AI-generated reply drafts are provided for your use. You are free to edit, post, and use them without attribution.
Our Service: The Soonar platform, brand, code, algorithms, and documentation are the property of Soonar and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the data necessary to operate the Service and do not sell your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

Soonar integrates with third-party services for hosting, database storage, authentication, payments, email delivery, public Reddit data collection, web search enrichment, and AI analysis. These may include Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, Resend, Google, OpenAI, ScrapeCreators, and Serper.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or terms of third-party services or public platforms such as Reddit. Your use of Reddit and any other platform where you post replies is subject to that platform's own terms, policies, and community rules.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties regarding uptime, accuracy of scoring, quality of drafts, or suitability for any particular purpose. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies; you are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any draft before posting.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soonar's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Soonar, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights (including platform community guidelines).
